Boarding - Terms and Services

General:

  • These terms and conditions apply specifically to boarding services offered by Happily Ever Rabbit.

  • All animals will receive a general health check by Happily Ever Rabbit staff upon arrival. Any health concerns will be brought to your attention.

  • If boarding rabbits, all rabbits must be fully vaccinated.

  • You are responsible for informing Happily Ever Rabbit of any special needs or medications your animal requires.

  • We will provide your animal with a safe, clean, and comfortable environment with access to fresh hay, pellets, water, and litter boxes.

  • You will receive regular updates on your animal's well-being during their stay.

  • We require a 2 night minimum stay for all boarding.

Costs:

  • Boarding fees are based type of animal, number of animals, and length your animals will be boarded and include food, hay, pellets, litter, and basic care supplies.

  • Additional charges may apply for specialized medications or veterinary care authorized by you.

  • If booking is more than 1 month in advance, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total boarding cost will be request.

  • Payment is due in full upon drop-off.

Liability:

  • Happily Ever Rabbit will not be held liable for unforeseen events, illnesses, or death occurring during your animal's stay.

  • We will do our utmost to ensure your animal's health and safety, but cannot guarantee against accidents, medical emergencies, or death.

  • You are responsible for any veterinary costs associated with illnesses or injuries occurring during your animal's stay.

Additional Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse boarding services if we believe it is not in the best interest of the rabbit.
